THE JOURNEY OF AN EMAIL
Your address on your own domain
hello@yourbrand.example
Your everyday inbox
you@inbox.example
Your own address for what you do.
For developers, digital professionals, freelancers and small businesses that manage their own domain.
01 / HOW IT WORKS
You choose the address you share and the inbox you receive email in.
Verify that you own the domain and configure its DNS records: the settings that tell email where to go.
You need access to your domain’s DNS.
Set the address on your domain and confirm the external inbox you want its messages forwarded to.
For example: hello@yourbrand.example
Incoming messages pass through Buzalia and are forwarded to your chosen inbox. You read them there.
You keep your existing inbox.
02 / OUR APPROACH
Buzalia brings configuration, forwarding history and next steps together in a private product that has not launched publicly yet.
Expected records, ownership checks and DNS diagnostics with clear next steps to complete configuration.
History distinguishes queued mail, deferred attempts and acceptance by the destination server. That acceptance does not establish inbox placement or reading.
History displays journey metadata without message content. Data processing, providers and retention periods will be explained before public launch.
03 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What’s in the first version, and what comes later.
Not in the first version. Buzalia receives email sent to addresses on your domain and forwards it to an external inbox you already have. You’ll keep reading those messages in your everyday inbox.
An access invitation, a domain you control, access to its DNS settings and an external inbox. You must verify domain ownership, configure its records and confirm the destination by email.
Forwarding alone does not let you send or reply from your domain’s address. That requires a separate sending service and configuration; it is not part of Buzalia’s first version.
Yes. The planned future evolution includes hosted inboxes, full sending and receiving, webmail and a mobile PWA, a web app you can install. These are not available in the first version, and no date has been announced.
Pricing, commercial quotas and limits have yet to be defined. They will be shared before public launch. No plans or promotions have been announced.
Forwarding involves processing messages and delivery data. Before launch, we’ll explain how this works, which providers are involved and how long data is kept. Buzalia is not presented as an end-to-end encrypted or zero-access service.
The product is available in a private environment by operator invitation. If you already have an activated account, you can sign in. There is no open registration or waiting list.
